1. Free Educational Resources

All current content on GuideRaydiumApp.org is provided free of charge. Users have unlimited access to our educational resources about Raydium protocol without any payment requirements.

2. Future Premium Services

In the event that GuideRaydiumApp.org introduces premium content, paid subscriptions, or other fee-based services in the future, the following refund policy would apply:

2.1 Subscription Services

For any future subscription-based services:

• Monthly subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service does not meet the described standards.
• Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase if the service does not meet the described standards.
• Partial refunds may be offered for unused portions of longer-term subscriptions at our discretion.
• Subscriptions canceled mid-term will remain active until the end of the current billing period, with no additional charges thereafter.

2.2 One-Time Purchases

For any future one-time purchases (e.g., downloadable educational guides):

• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the product does not meet the described standards.
• Products that have been fully downloaded or accessed may be eligible for refunds only if they are demonstrably defective or significantly misrepresented in our description.

3. Refund Process

In the event that we introduce paid services and you are eligible for a refund:

1. Submit a refund request to [email protected] with your order number, email address used for purchase, and reason for the refund.
2. Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.
3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

In the event that we introduce paid services, the following would not be eligible for refunds:

• Services that have been used extensively beyond a reasonable trial period
• Custom-developed educational resources created specifically for a user
• Services where the terms explicitly state they are non-refundable

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These may include:

• Technical issues that significantly impair service usage and cannot be resolved
• Unauthorized purchases
• Major service outages

6. No Refunds for Blockchain Transactions

We wish to clarify that GuideRaydiumApp.org:

• Does not operate the Raydium protocol
• Does not process or facilitate any cryptocurrency transactions
• Cannot and will not provide refunds for any transactions conducted on blockchain networks, including but not limited to:
  • Token swaps
  • Liquidity provision
  • Yield farming
  • Any other operations performed on Raydium or other DeFi protocols

All blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed by GuideRaydiumApp.org. Users are solely responsible for all their blockchain activities.
